WHAT IS LIQUENIA

What is the Liquenia® Treatment?

Liquenia® Treatment is a regenerative medical protocol that uses two fractions of the patient’s own adipose tissue—nanofat and stromal vascular fraction (SVF)—to act on the mechanisms underlying tissue damage in vulvar lichen sclerosus.

It is not an aesthetic treatment adapted for VLS. It is a protocol developed specifically for this disease, with clinical evidence published in Aesthetic Surgery Journal (2025) and included in the ISAPS 2025 Clinical Practice Guideline.

It is performed in a single session, in a private hospital operating room, and under general anesthesia. It includes a protocolized 12-month follow-up.
