The cost of Liquenia® Treatment is determined after the assessment consultation. On this page, we explain what the complete protocol includes and why it is not possible to provide a fixed price before evaluating your case.
Why the price is determined after assessment
Liquenia® Treatment is not a standard procedure with a fixed price because there is no identical protocol for all patients. The degree of lichen sclerosus involvement, the extent of the lesions, the amount of autologous material required, and the most suitable specific protocol vary from patient to patient.
Providing a price without having evaluated the case would be, at best, an imprecise estimate. At worst, it would be a promise we could not responsibly fulfill.
What we can tell you clearly is what the price includes once you determine it with our team.
What is included in the price
The price of Liquenia® Treatment covers the complete protocol, with no hidden additional costs:
Prior assessment consultation
The complete clinical evaluation prior to the procedure, including anamnesis, examination, and determination of candidacy.
The complete procedure
The complete surgical session: adipose tissue extraction, processing in a closed system, obtaining nanofat and stromal vascular fraction (SVF), and infiltration into vulvar tissue. Performed in a private hospital operating room, under general anesthesia, with the Nixarian Institute team.
12-month follow-up
The three standardized follow-up appointments included: at 2 weeks, 3 months, and 12 months.
Surgical material and consumables
All materials used during the procedure are included in the price. There are no additional costs for the processing system or operating room materials.
Our position on financing
At the Nixarian Institute, we do not offer our own financing, and we explain this transparently: our experience has shown us that the conditions a bank offers its own clients—who know their credit history and can assess risk personally—are systematically better than those a clinic can offer through an intermediary entity.
In other words: if you need to finance the procedure, your bank can probably offer you better conditions than we can. We do not consider it honest to offer you financing that will be more expensive when a better alternative is within your reach.
